- Can I design a PLC model that can be used across the district?
- Can we use technology to bridge the gap of space and time to bring us closer together so that we can crowdsource our resources.
- Through transmission and transfer could PLC dialogue and sharing of personal observations create a better learning environment for our students?

Ruth Colvin Clark "Developing Technical Training"
- information (content) of the training
- performance outcomes
- instructional methods= informational displays + practice (with feedback)
- instructional media to deliver the instructional methods.
Clark's training reads like I was developing a lesson plan. She says "Effective classroom instruction = sound learning materials + good classroom delivery. I appreciate that she notes that for a teacher to do this they need time and support. That is why I think the PLC cross-district model could be just the support teacher's are looking for.
